Franklin BSP Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:FBRT) ("FBRT" or the "Company") announced it repurchased 4,361,596 shares of common stock at an average price of $9.13 per share for an aggregate of $39.8 million, which represents a $0.24 per share increase to book value. Subsequent to quarter end, the Board of Directors reauthorized the Company's share repurchase program, again providing $50.0 million available for future share repurchases through December 31, 2026.
