How do I close my brokerage account?

You can close your account on the Webull App by following the steps below.

If you do not have any cash, open trade positions,orders, cash management or pending requests on your account, you may proceed from Step 3 onwards.

Note: Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to our platform and will no longer be able to perform any transactions or retrieve any information on the trading platform.

1. Close any remaining open trade positions and orders.

2. Withdraw any remaining cash.

Note: Please refer to the withdraw funds instructions if you are unsure how to do so.

3. Retrieve your Account Statements and any other reports required.

Note: All reports needed for your tax declaration can be found in the documents tab of the Webull App. We recommend that you save a copy of your statements and trades executed reports for your records.

4. Close your account via the Webull App.

• Tap 'menu'
• Tap 'settings'
• Tap 'Manage Brokerage Account'
• Select 'Close Brokerage Account'

Closure requests will take 1-3 days to process and finalise.
