If my share order is only partially executed, will I have to pay brokerage twice?

No, you will not be charged brokerage fees twice. Brokerage fees are only applied once your order has been filled, and if your share order is only partially executed, you will be charged brokerage fees based on the portion of the order that was actually executed.
