To open a Webull SMSF account, the following requirements must be met:

• The primary applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
• The primary applicant must be a trustee of the SMSF.
• The SMSF must be registered with the Australian Taxation Office (‘ATO’) and hold an Australian Business Number (ABN).
• All trustees must be Australian residents.
• Appointers and beneficiaries must not be U.S. citizens or U.S. tax residents.
