How to transfer US Shares from CMC Markets to Webull

1. Confirm details with CMC Markets prior to initiating the transfer at scrip@cmcmarkets.com.au

• CMC Markets may charge fees to transfer US shares to another broker. Visit their official website or contact them directly to understand what fees apply.

• You should also ask if DTC transfers out are supported

• Webull does not charge any additional transfer fees

2. Prepare the following information:

• A copy of your photo ID.

• Your most recent CMC Markets account statement

3. Initiate the Transfer by following these steps on the Webull App:

• Log into your Webull app.

• Go to Transfers > Portfolio Transfer > US Share Transfer

• Enter the detail of the delivering broker

• Enter the stock details you wish to transfer

4. Confirm the detail are correct and select next

• A transfer request form will be sent to your registered email address. Please PRINT OUT a physical copy of the transfer request form.

• Sign the request form, ensuring that your signature matches the one on your ID document (please note digital signatures are not accepted).

• Take a clear photo of your completed request form.

5. Log in to your Webull App and open Portfolio Transfer. Upload the required documents.

• A copy of your ID

• A photo of the signed request form

• An ownership statement

6. Once complete, click Submit.

• Once you have submitted your stock transfer request, it will show as processing. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transfer to be completed.

7. Complete CMC Market’s Requirements

• Download CMC’s ‘Off Market Transfer Form’. It can be found on the official CMC Markets website

• Fill out the form and send it to scrip@cmcmarkets.com.au

• CMC Markets will then verify your positions and approve the outgoing share transfer

You may need to provide the following information to CMC Markets:

• Organization Name - Webull Securities (Australia) Pty Ltd

• Contact Person - Operations Team

• Email - support@webull.com.au

• Custody Account no. - Your Webull account number - starts with CAU

• DTC Participant Code - 0158

Please take note of the following:

• You must ensure that the shares you are transferring are registered in the same name as the Webull account you are transferring to.

• Webull Australia only supports Depository Trust and Clearing (“DTC”) share transfers.

• Currently, Automated Client Account Transfer System (“ACAT”) Transfer is NOT supported.

• The minimum threshold for shares transfer in is USD$5,000 (Mark-To-Market Value).

• Stocks with an individual share price of less than USD$5 and/or a market capitalisation of less than $300M will not be accepted.

• You cannot transfer Fractional Shares out of CMC Markets accounts

• You may need to contact CMC Markets to verbally authorise the release of stock
