New Fortress Energy Posts Q2 Loss, Joins Summit Therapeutics And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Monday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Nasdaq futures gaining around 100 points on Monday.

Shares of New Fortress Energy Inc. (NASDAQ:NFE) fell sharply in pre-market trading following second-quarter results.

On Friday, New Fortress Energy posted quarterly adjusted loss of $2.02 per share, versus a year-ago loss of 41 cents per share. Its sales declined to $301.70 million from $428.01 million.

New Fortress Energy shares dipped 12.5% to $2.14 in the pre-market trading session.

  • CNFinance Holdings Limited (NYSE:CNF) fell 18.8% to $3.78 in pre-market trading after jumping 94% on Friday.
  • Summit Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SMMT) declined 17% to $21.57 in pre-market trading after the company announced the updated overall survival results from the Global Phase 3 HARMONi clinical trial of Ivonescimab in EGFR-mutated non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
  • Sono Group N.V. (NASDAQ:SSM) declined 15% to $12.30 in pre-market trading after dipping 34% on Friday. Sono Group announced Nasdaq uplisting approval.
  • Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. (NASDAQ:GGAL) fell 14.5% to $34.27 in pre-market trading.
  • Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte Sociedad Anónima (NYSE:EDN) declined 14.3% to $18.75 in pre-market trading.
  • Verb Technology Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:TONX) fell 11.9% to $9.45 in the pre-market trading.
  • Scage Future (NASDAQ:SCAG) tumbled 11.2% to $4.32 in pre-market trading.
  • YPF Sociedad Anónima (NYSE:YPF) fell 10.2% to $27.66 in pre-market trading.
  • Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE:VIST) shares declined 6.1% to $35.77 in pre-market trading. Vista Energy will host a virtual investor day on Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 9:00 a.m. ET.
