Shares of Bolt Projects Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:BSLK) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced preliminary fiscal 2025 results and updated its fiscal 2026 guidance.

Bolt Projects raised its FY2026 sales guidance from $9.000 million to $11.000 million. The company said it sees fourth-quarter sales of $2.700 million.

Bolt Projects Holdings shares jumped 28.2% to $1.73 in the pre-market trading session.

• Davis Commodities Ltd (NASDAQ:DTCK) rose 16.8% to $0.46 in pre-market trading after jumping 66% on Friday. The Singapore-based agricultural commodity trader, last week, reported revenue of $95 million for the six months that ended June 30, up 42.1% from $66.9 million a year earlier, according to the company’s statement.
• VolitionRX Ltd (NYSE:VNRX) rose 12.8% to $0.28 in pre-market trading. D. Boral Capital analyst Jason Kolbert recently maintained VolitionRX with a Buy and lowered the price target from $5 to $3.
• Palisade Bio Inc (NASDAQ:PALI) gained 8% to $2.32 in pre-market trading.
• Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:VNDA) rose 7.1% to $7.54 in pre-market trading. Vanda recently announced the submission of Biologics License Application to the FDA for Imsidolimab for the treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis.

• ECD Automotive Design Inc (NASDAQ:ECDA) fell 17% to $0.96 in pre-market trading after rising 47% on Friday. ECD Auto Design announced on Friday a major expansion of its 2026 product lineup, encompassing heritage-inspired coupes, classic SUVs, and modern lifestyle 4x4s.
• WF Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:WFF) fell 17.8% to $0.60 in pre-market trading after jumping 32% on Friday.
• Emerson Radio Corp (NYSE:MSN) fell 14.4% to $0.35 in pre-market trading.
• SRx Health Solutions Inc (NYSE:SRXH) fell 11% to $0.25 in pre-market trading after jumping over 8% on Friday.
• Kaixin Holdings (NASDAQ:KXIN) dipped 12% to $5.28 in pre-market trading after gaining 27% on Friday.
• A SPAC III Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ:ASPC) fell 11.7% to $21.21 in pre-market trading after jumping 79% on Friday.
