Shares of Etsy Inc (NYSE:ETSY) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company entered into an agreement to sell Depop.

Etsy and eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY) have entered into a definitive agreement under which eBay will acquire Etsy's fashion marketplace Depop for approximately $1.2 billion in cash.

Etsy shares jumped 15.5% to $50.86 in the pre-market trading session.

  • DoorDash Inc (NASDAQ:DASH) gained 13.6% to $196.90 in pre-market trading. DoorDash posted weaker-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings, after the closing bell on Wednesday. DoorDash said it expects the first quarter marketplace gross order value (GOV) in a range of $31 billion to $31.8 billion.

  • Carvana Co (NYSE:CVNA) fell 15.7% to $304.70 in pre-market trading following fourth-quarter results.
  • Scworx Corp (NASDAQ:WORX) fell 15.4% to $0.33 in pre-market trading after jumping more than 35% on Wednesday.
  • RenX Enterprises Corp (NASDAQ:RENX) dipped 11.4% to $0.18 in pre-market trading after gaining 45% on Wednesday.
