U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 100 points on Tuesday.

Shares of GeneDx Holdings Corp (NASDAQ:WGS) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported first-quarter financial results and cut its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.

GeneDx Hldgs reported quarterly losses of 28 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of losses of 1 cent per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $102.300 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $112.956 million by 9.43 percent.

GeneDx Holdings shares dipped 39.2% to $41.26 in pre-market trading.

• Duolingo, Inc. (NASDAQ:DUOL) dipped 12.8% to $96.10 in pre-market trading after the company reported first-quarter financial results and narrowed its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.
• Ichor Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ:ICHR) fell 11% to $62.04 in pre-market trading following first-quarter results.
• Fabrinet (NYSE:FN) dipped 9.9% to $646.68 in pre-market trading after reporting quarterly results.
• Adtran Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ADTN) fell 8.6% to $16.77 in pre-market trading following first-quarter results.
• Ocugen Inc (NASDAQ:OCGN) declined 8.1% to $1.70 in pre-market trading after the company announced a $115 million offering of convertible senior notes.
• Kosmos Energy Ltd (NYSE:KOS) fell 7.3% to $3.03 in pre-market trading following weak quarterly results.
• Sify Technologies Ltd (NASDAQ:SIFY) declined 7% to $13.63 in pre-market trading after falling over 6% on Monday.
• Advanced Energy Industries Inc (NASDAQ:AEIS) fell 5.7% to $364.64 in pre-market trading following first-quarter results.
• Tidewater Inc (NYSE:TDW) fell 4.6% to $83.12 in pre-market trading following first-quarter earnings.
