U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Nasdaq futures falling around 100 points on Monday.

Shares of UnitedHealth Group Inc (NYSE:UNH) fell 4.6% to $375.51 in pre-market trading after Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE:BRK) (NYSE:BRK) under the new Greg Abel, completely diluted its position in the company.

UnitedHealth Group shares dipped 4.6% to $375.51 in pre-market trading.
