U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling over 1% on Tuesday.

Shares of Waystar Holding Corp (NASDAQ:WAY) rose sharply after the company announced a $200 million stock repurchase plan.

Waystar Holding shares jumped 7.8% to $20.04 on Tuesday.

• Bakkt Inc (NYSE:BKKT) gained 18.5% to $10.34 after Securities and Exchange Commission filings disclosed insider activity.
• Enhanced Group Inc. (NYSE:ENHA) gained 13.6% to $5.68.
• Hyperliquid Strategies Inc (NASDAQ:PURR) jumped 9.8% to $7.62.
• CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CCC) gained 8.7% to $4.92.
• PAR Technology Corp (NYSE:PAR) surged 7.3% to $15.02.
• HubSpot Inc (NYSE:HUBS) gained 6.9% to $222.96.
• Yelp Inc (NYSE:YELP) rose 6.5% to $23.20.
• Snowflake Inc (NYSE:SNOW) gained 6.3% to $174.44. Citizens analyst Patrick Walravens reiterated Snowflake with a Market Outperform and maintained a $325 price target
• Falcon’s Beyond Global Inc (NASDAQ:FBYD) shares rose 5.7% to $11.78.
• SAP SE (NYSE:SAP) gained 5.5% to $184.40.
• Asana Inc (NYSE:ASAN) rose 5.5% to $6.92.
