Estée Lauder and Puig have ended discussions about a potential business combination, closing the door on talks first confirmed in March.

Estee Lauder shares jumped 11.8% to $88.25 in pre-market trading.

• Cohen & Company Inc (NYSE:COHN) rose 30.3% to $14.12 in pre-market trading.
• Sequans Communications SA ADR (NYSE:SQNS) gained 16.6% to $4.72 in pre-market trading.
• Imax Corp (NYSE:IMAX) gained 12.8% to $38.22 in pre-market trading following reports suggesting the company is exploring a sale.

• NervGen Pharma Corp (NASDAQ:NGEN) tumbled 40% to $2.21 in pre-market trading. NervGen announced pricing of $60.0 million public offering of securities.
• Futu Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:FUTU) shares dipped 38.6% to $75.98  in pre-market trading.
• UP Fintech Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:TIGR) declined 38.2% to $3.61 in pre-market trading. The China Securities Regulatory Commission announced plans to eliminate illegal cross-border operations by offshore securities, futures and fund institutions, confiscate all illegal gains tied to Tiger Brokers, Futu, Longbridge Domestic, Overseas Entities.
• Aditxt Inc (NASDAQ:ADTX) fell 28.3% to $0.88 in pre-market trading after dipping over 12% on Thursday.
• Liminatus Pharma Inc (NASDAQ:LIMN) fell 24.2% to $0.19 in pre-market trading after announcing Nasdaq delisting notification.
• Work Medical Technology Group Ltd (NASDAQ:WOK) fell 18.6% to $0.13 in pre-market trading after declining 15% on Thursday.
• Haoxi Health Technology Ltd (NASDAQ:HAO) fell 13.6% to $1.33 in pre-market trading after dipping 15% on Thursday.
