12:04 AM EDT, 05/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NFL Biosciences (ALNFL.PA) said Monday it intends to submit a patent application for a predictive efficacy biomarker linked to its smoking cessation drug candidate NFL-101. The new patent will cover a biomarker that helps identify the population of smokers that may benefit from NFL-101. If approved, the application will increase the company's smoking cessation-linked patent families to five. The biopharmaceutical company is planning the application ahead of the early June release of detailed results from efficacy assessments in the biomarker-positive population.
