Cramer On DoorDash: 'They Just Want Semis' — Uber, Reddit, Zscaler Caught In The Same Rotation

On CNBC's “Mad Money Lightning Round,” Jim Cramer recommended buying DoorDash, Inc. (NASDAQ:DASH). “There's a real group of stocks now – Uber (NYSE:UBER), DoorDash, Reddit (NYSE:RDDT)– they are going down. People want to own hardware, they don't want to own those others, they don't want to own Zscaler (NASDAQ:ZS), they don't want to own software. They just want semis, only semis, and that's what's hurting DoorDash,” he added.

On the earnings front, DoorDash reported better-than-expected first-quarter earnings on May 6.

Boost Run, Inc. (NASDAQ:BRUN) is such a “hot stock,” Cramer said. “Look, if you're willing to speculate, I'll bless this one.”

Lending support to his choice, Craig-Hallum analyst George Sutton, on May 12, initiated coverage on Boost Run with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $30.

Cramer said Leidos Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:LDOS) is a buy. “This stock is in freefall. That makes no sense to me. I think it does a lot of good security stuff, but that's what happens. It doesn't have any sponsorship,” he added.

Supporting his view, Leidos posted better-than-expected first-quarter earnings on May 5 and raised its FY2026 guidance.

The Mad Money host recommended buying Flex Ltd. (NASDAQ:FLEX). “This is a perfect example of what could still go up another 50% without a problem,” he added.

Flex, on May 5, reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter sales results and issued first-quarter guidance above estimates. Also, the company issued FY27 guidance above estimates.

When asked about PulteGroup (NYSE:PHM), Cramer said he likes Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE:TOL) as it has so many cash buyers. The company has over 20% cash buyers, and they don't need a mortgage, he added.

PulteGroup announced that it will release its second-quarter financial results before the opening bell on Wednesday, July 22.
