The HERIZON-GEA-01 clinical trial evaluated ZIIHERA® (zanidatamab) plus chemotherapy, with and without TEVIMBRA® (tislelizumab), compared with the control arm of trastuzumab plus chemotherapy as first-line treatment for advanced/metastatic HER2+ gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA).
