Shares of Dell Technologies Inc. (NYSE:DELL) gained 38.7% to $439.75 in premarket trading on Friday, rising from its previous close of $317.05.

For the fiscal first quarter, the company's sales grew 88% to $43.8 billion, topping consensus estimate of $35.5 billion. Management guided to revenue for the fiscal year ending January 2027 at about $167 billion, including $60 billion from the sale of AI servers.

• Astrotech Corporation (NASDAQ:ASTC) rose 35.8% to $39.97 in premarket trading, up from its previous close of $29.43, after the company unveiled a new lunar resource and infrastructure plan.
• Brenmiller Energy Ltd. (NASDAQ:BNRG) gained 33.0% to $2.62 in premarket trading, compared with its previous close of $1.97.
