U.S. stocks were lower on Wednesday, with the Dow Jones falling more than 296 points.

Shares of Navitas Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ:NVTS) rose sharply, after the company announced its participation in Nvidia's Partner Ceremony at Computex Forum in Taipei, Taiwan.

Navitas Semiconductor is collaborating with the Nvidia MGX™ Ecosystem to accelerate the development of next-generation AI data centers powered by 800 VDC rack architectures.

Navitas Semiconductor shares jumped 25.21% to $32.38 on Wednesday.

Here are some other big stocks recording gains in today’s session.

ABIVAX Société Anonyme (NASDAQ:ABVX) surged 16.97% to $84.81. On June 2, the company announced topline results from the Phase 3 ABTECT maintenance trial evaluating obefazimod in adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.

MiniMed Group (NASDAQ:MMED) gained 17.23% to $14.43, after the company reported better-than-expected Q4 sales results.

Kelly Services Inc Class B (NASDAQ:KELYB) rose 13.75% to $23.98. The company announced that it will participate in Baird 2026 Global Consumer, Technology & Services Conference in New Yorkon June 4, 2026.

NextNav Inc. (NASDAQ:NN) surged 11.22% to $22.30, continuing to gain from its recent official notice of redemption to clear approximately 10 million outstanding public warrants and simplify its long-term balance sheet.

BitVentures Ltd – ADR (NASDAQ:BVC) advanced 10.85% to $10.54, benefiting from the localized blockchain infrastructure volume surge over the past 24 hours.

MagnaChip Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE:MX) advanced 12.45% to $9.38, riding on the semiconductor and chip stocks momentum, which in turn could be due to Alphabet's announcement that it is raising $80 billion to fund its AI plans.

ECARX Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:ECX) rose 11.27% to $1.38. ECARX has entered into a partnership with TPK Holding to jointly develop LiDAR technologies for the global markets.

Alpha Tau Medical Ltd. (NASDAQ:DRTS) gained 10.30% to $9.85. The company announced a strategic collaboration with Tolmar International Ltd. to commercialize its
 alpha-radiation cancer therapy, Alpha DaRT®.

Rezolute Inc. (NASDAQ:RZLT) climbed 9.49% to $4.38. The company reported positive interim results from its ongoing Phase 3 upLIFT study evaluating ersodetug in patients with tumor hyperinsulinism (HI)

Spyre Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SYRE) gained 9.16% to $75.50. The company announced that it has completed enrollment for all sub-studies in its SKYWAY basket trial of SPY072 in rheumatic diseases

TG Therapeutics Inc. Common Stock (NASDAQ:TGTX)gained 9.06% to $39.96, after the company announced that its subcutaneous formulation of ublituximab, BRIUMVI, showed positive efficacy and tolerability outcomes versus intravenous administration.
