Deme Group Bags Up to EUR50 Million Contract to Boost Ports Accessibility in Tunisia

12:01 AM EDT, 06/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deme Group (DEME.BR) secured an up to 50 million-euro contract to improve the accessibility and safety of ports in Tunisia. Tunisian ports authority, Office de la Marine Marchande et des Ports, is commissioning the project, which involves works in three locations across the country. The Belgian engineering company will build containment dikes and carry out dredging works under the contract. It will also ensure that the ports are compliant with international standards.
