Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:OPXS), a leading manufacturer of precision optical sighting systems for domestic and worldwide military and commercial applications, announced today it has been awarded a new contract from the U.S. Government, in support of a Night Vision Goggle systems. The order value is $1.25M with deliveries starting in Q3 of fiscal calendar 2027 through Q1 of fiscal 2028.

"This order is another DO release against our five-year IDIQ contract with the U.S. Government. Our delivery and quality performance against this program has been excellent, and this is a key factor in new delivery order releases." stated Bill Bates, GM, AOC.

With this order, the current Optex backlog is in excess of $32.5 million.
