Super Micro Computer, Summit Therapeutics And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Nasdaq futures falling around 1% on Wednesday.

Shares of Super Micro Computer Inc (NASDAQ:SMCI) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced a proposed offering to fund AI orders.

Super Micro announced a series of offerings expected to generate gross proceeds of $7 billion to fund the purchase of components to fulfil AI server orders that the company received in “recent weeks.”

Super Micro Computer shares dipped 8.6% to $37.14 in pre-market trading.

  • BitVentures Limited (NASDAQ:BVC) shares dipped 12.6% to $10.30 in pre-market trading after jumping over 26% on Tuesday.
  • Frequency Electronics Inc (NASDAQ:FEIM) fell 11.3% to $59.40 in pre-market trading after declining 4% on Tuesday.
  • Horizon Quantum Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:HQ) shares dipped 8.6% to $9.80 in pre-market trading after declining 4% on Tuesday.
  • Inventiva S.A. (NASDAQ:IVA) shares declined 9.1% to $3.61 in pre-market trading.
  • United Microelectronics Corporation (NYSE:UMC) declined 8.4% to $18.22 in pre-market trading.
  • Summit Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SMMT) fell 7.6% to $13.20 in pre-market trading as the company announced a proposed public offering of common stock.
  • Voyager Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:VACH) declined 7.5% to $15.99 in pre-market trading after jumping 34% on Tuesday.
  • Arteris, Inc. (NASDAQ:AIP) fell 5.8% to $31.79 in pre-market trading after declining 4% on Tuesday.
