HEICO Corporation (NYSE:HEI.A)(NYSE:HEI) today announced that its Exxelia subsidiary acquired 90% of the ownership of CalRamic Technologies, LLC ("CalRamic") for cash paid at closing. The balance of the Company will continue to be owned by CalRamic's founder and CEO, Jeff Day. Further terms and financial details were not disclosed.
