U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Nasdaq futures gaining around 300 points on Thursday.

Shares of Oxford Industries Inc (NYSE:OXM) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed results for the first quarter.

The company posted quarterly earnings of $1.39 per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.29 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $391.402 million, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $391.754 million.

The company raised its FY2026 earnings guidance, while narrowing its sales outlook.

Oxford Industries shares dipped 6.6% to $40.42 in pre-market trading.

• Purecycle Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:PCT) fell 14% to $8.50 in pre-market trading after the company announced pricing of concurrent public offerings of 4.75% convertible senior notes due 2032 and common stock with aggregate gross proceeds of $395.0 million.
• Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL) shares dipped 7.1% to $186.99 in pre-market trading. Oracle posted better-than-expected results for the fourth quarter, after the closing bell on Wednesday. Also, the company announced it expects to raise approximately $40 billion through a combination of debt and equity financing.
• Bentley Systems, Inc (NASDAQ:BSY) declined 4.5% to $31.00 in pre-market trading.
• Alibaba Group Holding Ltd – ADR (NYSE:BABA) fell 4.4% to $110.25 in pre-market trading after declining around 4% on Wednesday.
• Swarmer Inc (NASDAQ:SWMR) declined 4.4% to $54.00 in pre-market trading after the company filed a prospectus registering up to three million shares of common stock for resale under a new equity purchase agreement.
• EOG Resources Inc (NYSE:EOG) fell 4.1% to $134.54 in pre-market trading.
• SharonAI Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:SHAZ) declined 4.1% to $60.33 in pre-market trading.
• Propetro Holding Corp (NYSE:PUMP) fell 4% to $14.47 in pre-market trading.
• Wipro Ltd (NYSE:WIT) fell 3.8% to $2.02 in pre-market trading.
• Ultra Clean Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:UCTT) declined 3.7% to $87.50 in pre-market trading.
• J.M. Smucker Co (NYSE:SJM) slipped 3.4% to $113.10 in pre-market trading. J.M. Smucker reported upbeat fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 results on Tuesday.
