Rezolve AI, Bakkt, Seagate And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Friday

U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index gaining over 100 points on Friday.

Shares of Rezolve AI PLC (NASDAQ:RZLV) rose sharply after the company announced its board of directors will seek shareholder approval at its June 30 annual general meeting for a capital reduction and a $300 million share repurchase program.

Rezolve announced it will seek authority to repurchase up to $300 million of ordinary shares through an agreement with BTIG, a global financial services firm.

Rezolve AI shares jumped 11.9% to $2.83 on Friday.

  • REalloys Inc (NASDAQ:ALOY) shares jumped 15.1% to $16.19. REalloys recently announced that the Saskatchewan Research Council will provide heavy, high-purity rare earth materials for qualification as soon as Q4 2026.
  • Forward Air Corp (NASDAQ:FWRD) gained 12% to $14.08.
  • WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE:WBI) jumped 10.9% to $33.82.
  • Bakkt Inc (NYSE:BKKT) rose 10.9% to $9.26 after a Form 4 filing showed that a Director bought 280K shares at an average price of $7.75 per share.
  • Aktis Oncology Inc (NASDAQ:AKTS) gained 10.8% to $21.57.
  • Shattuck Labs Inc (NASDAQ:STTK) rose 10.7% to $4.63.
  • Cipher Digital Inc (NASDAQ:CIFR) gained 7.7% to $24.37.
  • Arm Holdings PLC – ADR (NASDAQ:ARM) rose 6.4% to $364.18.
  • Western Digital Corp (NASDAQ:WDC) gained 6% to $561.23.
  • Seagate Technology Holdings PLC (NASDAQ:STX) rose 5.7% to $917.87. Seagate announced redemption of exchangeable notes.
