Valens Semiconductor (NYSE:VLN), a leader in high-performance connectivity, today announced the appointment of Karine Pinto-Flomenboim as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 9, 2026. Karine will succeed Guy Nathanzon, who is stepping down from the role.
