Wellgistics Health, Inc. ("Wellgistics") (NASDAQ:WGRX), a Health IT leader, integrating pharmacy dispensing AI platform EinsteinRx™ into patented pharmacy smart contracts platform PharmacyChain™, today announced that its management and Board of Directors has selected DataMeds AI, Inc as its new corporate name, subject to shareholder approval. The proposed new stock sticker remains MEDS. A preliminary proxy was filed on Thursday, June 18, 2026 with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission requesting shareholder approval to effect the name change.
