Franklin Covey Cuts Revenue Forecast, Joins Ouster And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Thursday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 0.2% on Thursday.

Shares of Franklin Covey Co (NYSE:FC) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company lowered its full-year revenue guidance, overshadowing stronger profit growth in its third quarter.

Franklin Covey reported third-quarter revenue of $67.8 million, up 1% from $67.1 million in the prior-year quarter. Net income improved to $3.1 million, or 27 cents per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $1.4 million, or 11 cents per share, a year earlier.

Franklin Covey shares dipped 19.7% to $20.07 in pre-market trading.

  • DSC Holdings ADR (NASDAQ:DSC) fell 7% to $7.17 in pre-market trading after gaining 40% on Wednesday.
  • Ouster Inc (NASDAQ:OUST) slipped 6.5% to $56.11 in pre-market trading as the company announced pricing of public offering of common stock.
  • Alight Inc (NYSE:ALIT) fell 6.1% to $12.90 in pre-market trading after jumping over 22% on Wednesday.
  • Getty Images Holdings Inc (NYSE:GETY) declined 5.1% to $0.73 in pre-market trading. Getty Images shares fell over 10% on Wednesday after the company’s board terminated its merger agreement with Shutterstock.
  • Sable Offshore Corp (NYSE:SOC) declined 4.6% to $4.20 in pre-market trading after jumping over 42% on Wednesday. The company priced its concurrent public offerings of 32,467,533 shares at $3.08 per share and $300.0 million aggregate principal amount of 6.5% convertible senior notes due 2031.
  • Baidu Inc (NASDAQ:BIDU) fell 4.5% to $112.55 in pre-market trading after gaining 3% on Wednesday.
  • Hello Group Inc (NASDAQ:MOMO) fell 4.4% to $5.70 in pre-market trading.
  • Nio Inc – ADR (NYSE:NIO) declined 3.8% to $4.78 in pre-market trading. NIO delivered 40,597 vehicles in June, up 62.9% year-over-year.
