Rivian, Micron And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Nasdaq 100 futures falling more than 200 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Rivian Automotive Inc (NASDAQ:RIVN) fell in pre-market trading after the company announced a public offering.

Rivian announced an underwritten public offering of up to 75 million shares of common stock. The company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day window to buy up to an additional 11.25 million shares at the public offering price, which has not been disclosed.

Rivian Automotive shares dipepd 7.3% to $18.68 in pre-market trading.

  • Ovid Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:OVID) shares dipped 16.4% to $2.18 in pre-market trading.
  • Western Digital Corp (NASDAQ:WDC) declined 7% to $537.00 in pre-market trading after gaining 7% on Monday.
  • United Microelectronics Corp (NYSE:UMC) fell 6.4% to $24.18 in pre-market trading. United Microelectronics shares gained 5% on Monday after the company reported a year-over-year increase in June sales results.
  • Micron Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MU) declined 6.2% to $924.00 in pre-market trading.
  • ASE Technology Holding Co Ltd (NYSE:ASX) fell 6.1% to $40.70 in pre-market trading after gaining around 5% on Monday.
  • SanDisk Corp (NASDAQ:SNDK) declined 5.7% to $1,644.50 in pre-market trading.
  • Elevra Lithium Limited (NASDAQ:ELVR) declined 5.4% to $66.39 in pre-market trading.
  • Spyre Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:SYRE) fell 5.4% to $83.97 in pre-market trading.
  • Seagate Technology Holdings PLC (NASDAQ:STX) dipped 5.3% to $822.00 in pre-market trading.
  • Lam Research Corp (NASDAQ:LRCX) fell 5.1% to $332.30 in pre-market trading. Morgan Stanley, on Monday, maintained an Overweight rating on the stock and raised its price target from $331 to $404.
  • KLA Corp (NASDAQ:KLAC) declined 4.7% to $222.39 in pre-market trading.
