Kura Sushi Posts Weak Q3 Sales, Joins FuelCell Energy And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling more than 500 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Kura Sushi USA, Inc. (NASDAQ:KRUS) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected third-quarter sales results.

Kura Sushi reported quarterly earnings of 3 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of a loss of 1 cent per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $85.922 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $86.461 million.

The company also cut its FY2026 sales guidance from $333.000 million-$335.000 million to $330.500 million-$331.500 million.

Kura Sushi shares dipped 7.4% to $48.99 in pre-market trading.

  • Iperionx Ltd (NASDAQ:IPX) fell 9.8% to $23.33 in pre-market trading as the company announced pricing of public offering of American Depositary Shares.
  • Phoenix Asia Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:PHOE) fell 9.7% to $22.17 in pre-market trading after gaining over 25% on Tuesday.
  • Navitas Semiconductor Corp (NASDAQ:NVTS) declined 8% to $12.87 in pre-market trading. Wolfspeed filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the US District Court for the District of Delaware against Navitas Semiconductor.
  • Inventiva SA – ADR (NASDAQ:IVA) fell 7.2% to $4.23 in pre-market trading after jumping over 16% on Tuesday.
  • Vicore Pharma Holding AB (NASDAQ:VCRE) declined 6.6% to $14.04 in pre-market trading.
  • Sandisk Corporation (NASDAQ:SNDK) fell 6% to $1,521.18 in pre-market trading after declining over 7% on Tuesday.
  • Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MU) dipped 5.6% to $885.56 in pre-market trading after declining around 5% on Tuesday.
  • Bloom Energy Corporation (NYSE:BE) fell 5.4% to $255.00 in pre-market trading. Bloom Energy will announce second quarter financial results on July 28.
  • Vera Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:VERA) declined 4.6% to $41.00 in pre-market trading. Vera Therapeutics shares gained 7% on Tuesday after the FDA approved its Trutakna therapy for proteinuria in adults with primary immunoglobulin A nephropathy.
