05:12 AM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK and Spain on Thursday signed a roadmap to strengthen bilateral collaboration on shared economic security, trade and growth priorities, according to a Friday release. The agreement aims to boost cooperation on trade in areas including business mobility and the recognition of professional qualifications, strategic investments, economic security and sectoral cooperation, and supporting the growth of small- and medium-sized companies by using AI. The roadmap builds on the inaugural trade and investment dialogue between the countries in March.
