06:37 AM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Safestay (SSTY.L) confirmed discussions with Infill Capital Partners, or ICP, via Lume HoldCo, for the potential acquisition of the British hostel owner and operator. ICP's potential 40.9 million-pound-sterling take-private offer would include a cash component and an unlisted share alternative, according to a Friday release. Safestay said talks remain ongoing, and it has provided ICP access to "limited" due diligence materials. The suitor has until Aug. 7 to announce a firm intention to make an offer or walk away.
