According to Zhitong Finance App, Hanson Pharmaceuticals (03692) announced that the B7-H3 targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) HS20093, which was independently developed by the group, reached the main end of overall survival (OS) in critical phase III clinical trials (ARTEMIS-008) for patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) that progressed or recurred after platinum-containing treatment. When analyzed during the pre-set period, compared with topotecan, HS-20093 showed statistically significant and clinically significant improvements in OS, and consistent benefits were also observed at secondary clinical endpoints, including progression-free survival (PFS). The safety characteristics are consistent with the results of previous studies, and no new safety signals were found.

Based on these positive results, the Group will soon initiate communication with regulatory authorities to advance preparations for new drug marketing applications in China. Detailed data from the ARTEMIS-008 study is expected to be presented at an international oncology conference in the future.
