08:10 AM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Seed Capital Solutions (SCSP.L) terminated its planned acquisition of Spain-based Cuarta Dimension Medica, d/b/a 4DM, after failing to secure approval from the Spanish Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business. The special-purpose acquisition company said Friday it will request the resumption of its stock trading on the London stock exchange.
