FAST TRACK GROUP (NASDAQ:FTRK) ("Fast Track" or the "Company"), a leading entertainment-focused event management and celebrity agency company, announced the successful closing of a senior secured convertible note financing transaction with a U.S. institutional investor. The gross proceeds from the note financing, before deducting fees and expenses, was $1.5 million. In addition, the Company has put in place a $20 million equity line of credit ("ELOC") with an affiliate of the same investor.
