09:39 AM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aldar Properties (ADX:ALDAR) launched Yas Point, a new mixed-use destination on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The real estate developer said Friday the 600,000-square-meter waterfront destination will include 1,600 residences and has a gross development value of 6 billion Emirati dirhams.
