Lovett Advancing 800K-SF of Houston Warehouse Development

Lovett Industrial spending $40 million on two Houston industrial buildings along the Easter Freeway. One of the building will be 645,000 square feet, the other 145,000 square feet. The building will be at 16517 and 16455 Eastex Freeway.

Both buildings are scheduled to break ground in September and wrap up construction a year later.

The new developments would bring Lovett Industrial’s portfolio of local projects to 15.

Since being founded by Lovett Industrial President Charlie Meyer and Lovett Group owner Frank Liu in 2020, Lovett Industrial has developed and acquired more than 21 million square feet of warehouses in 16 U.S. markets. It has another 15 million square feet planned for future development.In November 2025, Lovett Industrial broke ground on a 668,077-square-foot speculative distribution center near Ellington Airport in southeast Houston.
