02:46 AM EDT, 07/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Adeer Real Estate (SASE:9634) entered into a 12-month deal with Sumou Holding Co. for the marketing and sale of Jeddah Oasis project land plots in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The agreement will entitle the real estate company to receive a 2.5% brokerage commission, as well as 2.5% of the sold land plots' value, according to a Sunday release. The company added that the project, which will have a total area of 707,254 square meters, will be executed via an off-plan sales model.
