04:38 AM EDT, 07/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mohammed Hadi Al Rasheed and Partners (SASE:9601) agreed to buy 50% of Taif Shipping for 92.5 million Saudi riyals from Jana Marhaf Ali Abu Khamsin and Mohammed Sidqi Ahmed Abu Khamsin. The Tadawul-listed construction company expects to secure its supply chain through the transaction, which will be funded through Mohammed Hadi's own resources and existing credit facilities, according to a Sunday release. Closing of the deal is subject to relevant approvals, among other conditions.
