11:27 PM EDT, 07/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kongsberg Maritime (KMAR.OL) agreed to purchase Berg Propulsion, a marine propulsion systems manufacturer based in Sweden, for an undisclosed sum. The maritime technology company will operate the acquired business as a separate brand and business unit within its propulsion and handling division, according to a Sunday release. Closing of the deal is subject to customary and regulatory approvals.
