12:13 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deutsche Bank (DBK.F) paid an AU$2 million fine for "systemic" failures in reporting over 260,000 over-the-counter derivative transactions, the Australian financial regulator said Monday. Australian Securities & Investments Commission, or ASIC, found that the German lender violated its derivative transaction rules between Oct. 21, 2024, and Aug. 15, 2025. The misreporting points to "deficiencies" in the internal reporting framework of Deutsche Bank, which is now taking preventive measures, ASIC added.
