02:13 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lhyfe (LHYFE.PA) agreed to sell a 30% interest in four of its hydrogen production plants in France and Germany to German industrial gases company Messer, according to a Monday release. The renewable hydrogen producer also entered a 10-year contract to supply renewable hydrogen to Messer, which will gradually ramp up volume to half of the output of Lhyfe's three French sites. Completion of the trade is expected in the coming months, subject to the approval of lenders.
