02:42 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rathbones Group (RAT.L) said Monday that it concluded its share buyback program worth up to 20 million pounds sterling. The London-listed investment manager bought back and canceled 939,315 shares for the program, which was launched in June. The company added that the shares were repurchased at an average price of 16.2213 pounds apiece. As such, the company's share capital will comprise 90,489,844 ordinary shares with voting rights and 17,481,868 convertible non-voting shares.
