03:07 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helix Exploration (HEX.L) finalized its purchase of the Keyes helium complex in Oklahoma, US, boosting its position in the US helium market. The helium exploration and development company said Monday that it bought the helium purification and liquefaction facility for $11 million. The company disclosed the deal on July 2.
