03:42 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rheinmetall (RHM.F) said Monday its share of the UK Army Collective Training System contract is worth just under 1 billion euros after the Omnia Training consortium was selected to deliver the 15-year program. Through its Rheinmetall Electronics UK unit, the German defense company is part of the Raytheon UK-led consortium alongside Capita (CPI.L), Cervus and Skyral. Operational implementation is due to begin in summer 2026, with Rheinmetall serving as the land collective training partner responsible for designing and delivering key elements of the British Army's Collective Training Transformation Programme. Rheinmetall said its participation in the consortium will support the expansion of its sites, workforce, and industrial supply capabilities in the UK.
