03:49 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bridgepoint Group (BPT.L) agreed to buy a majority stake in Denmark-based drone technology company UMag Solutions from its founders for an undisclosed sum. The deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals, the UK-listed investment company said Monday. UMag Solutions' founders will retain a significant stake and continue to steer the business. A same-day report by Bloomberg News, citing people familiar with the matter, stated that the deal values the business at 250 million euros. Bridgepoint and UMag Solutions did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
