07:32 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hamak Strategy (HAMA.L) on Monday launched a voluntary exchange offer for holders of its 0.008-pound-sterling warrants to exchange their securities for shares, according to a same-day release. Under the offer, which will run for 10 business days, the gold exploration company will issue one share for five warrants. The offer remains conditional on the company receiving exchange requests for at least 100 million eligible warrants.
