07:50 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brand identity products supplier Trimco Group's Trimco Group (UK) completed its takeover offer for Nilörngruppen (NIL-B.ST). As of the end of the offer's acceptance period on July 10, Trimco Group gained ownership of a 94.7% stake in the Swedish branding and design company. Trimco Group has extended the offer until July 24 to acquire the remaining shares in Nilörngruppen.
