The Group recently officially signed the “Unmanned Logistics Global Operation Strategic Cooperation Agreement” with Beijing Kuaiju Transportation Technology Co., Ltd. (Didi Delivery). The two sides integrated urban freight platform resources with the Group's L4 unmanned logistics autonomous driving technology and vehicle mass production capabilities, established a long-term strategic cooperative relationship, and jointly promoted commercialization and large-scale implementation of unmanned delivery at the end of the city.
Relying on the industry's mature “one-stop freight platform service+L4 unmanned delivery vehicle” cooperation model, the two sides establish a long-term cooperative relationship based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, complementary advantages, long-term cooperation and common development, combined with the Group's autonomous driving technology for unmanned logistics vehicles, mass production and delivery capabilities, and the one-stop service capabilities of Didi Delivery to the same city to jointly promote commercialization and large-scale implementation of unmanned logistics distribution at the end of the city to create an efficient, safe and intelligent unmanned delivery service system in the same city. The core arrangements for this cooperation are as follows:
1. As a technology and capacity provider under the cooperation, the Group provides compliant mass-produced L4 unmanned logistics vehicles and a full range of autonomous driving software systems to the cooperative project; responsible for ensuring that vehicles meet national intelligent connected vehicle standards and local demonstration operation entry requirements, providing full-cycle technical support such as vehicle warranty, normalized OTA upgrades, offline operation and maintenance, and remote safety officer takeover, and continuously iteratively adapting autonomous driving algorithms for complex scenarios such as open roads, parks, and supermarkets.
2. DiDi Delivery relies on its own one-stop service capabilities for same-city freight, a mature intelligent scheduling system, and opens app and mini-program order entrances to achieve a closed loop of the whole process of unmanned delivery orders with one-click ordering, intelligent dispatch, performance tracking, user notification and settlement; continuously introduces stable terminal delivery orders, and improves overall delivery performance efficiency through the human-robot mixed capacity scheduling model.
3. The two sides jointly exported a one-stop unmanned delivery overall solution to commercial customers in Foshan, and packaged and exported an “unmanned delivery integrated solution” to form a standard model for logistics cost reduction and efficiency that can be replicated and promoted. In the future, the two sides will also explore unmanned delivery services in other cities according to the pace of development.
The resources and capabilities of the two sides are highly complementary, and they have a strong foundation for collaborative implementation. Didi Delivery has industry-leading freight service capabilities in the same city, a mature scheduling system and commercial operation experience in unmanned delivery; the Group has full-stack self-developed L2+ to L4 autonomous driving technology, mass production of unmanned logistics vehicles in compliance, the ability to operate in multiple scenarios across the country, and perfect vehicle operation and maintenance systems.
