12:20 PM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Quadrise (QED.L) grossed 400,000 pounds sterling in its retail offering of shares that closed Monday, according to a same-day filing. The British energy technology company said the 40,365,341 new shares will start trading on the London stock exchange's AIM segment on Thursday. Combined with share placing and subscription offerings, Quadrise raised total gross proceeds of 1.6 million pounds.
