11:12 PM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Novartis' (NOVN.SW) Canadian unit received approval for the Vanrafia tablet for proteinuria reduction in adults with primary immunoglobulin A nephropathy. Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada received the approval from Health Canada for patients at risk of rapid disease progression, according to a Monday release. The healthcare giant said the analysis was based on prespecified interim analysis results of the phase 3 Align study at the 36-week mark.
