12:26 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Xer Tech Holding (XER.ST, XSG.L) said Monday its second-largest shareholder, Monarch Marine Holding, resolved to distribute in kind its entire holding of 14,378,000 shares in the company. The shares earmarked for distribution represent a 24.5% stake in the listed hybrid-electric unmanned aircraft systems developer. The move is part of Monarch Marine's efforts to streamline its shipping operations. Subject to the Swedish Agency for Strategic Products' approval, the distribution will result in Monarch Marine shareholders Cresta Group and Riton Holding owning an 11.2% stake and a 6.3% stake in Xer Tech, respectively.
